Shipping Policy

 

 

1) Handling Time

Debbano usually ships on the same day (by 1 p.m.) or the next business day if the item is in stock. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.

Note: For the made-to-order purchases of dress shoes for men, production usually occurs within 20 days. However, please note that it may take up to 45 days to make the order depending on the time and season.

The listing page and checkout will inform you whether the item is in stock.

2) Shipping methods and delivery times

For domestic orders, we offer 2 days complimentary shipping. For expedited shipping, please contact us at cs@debbano.com

Shipments to Canada take 4-8 business days.

For international orders, we use air shipment (except in Canada), and the time varies by carrier.

3) Missing or lost packages

Please let us know if you received damaged products or if your package was lost at returns@debbano.com. We will file a claim on your behalf and will process a new shipment or refund after the claim is concluded. In most cases, claims are processed within seven days.

4) Shipping Restrictions

The orders to the countries that are banned to export by USA governments will not be honored and orders will be canceled. Additionally, we are unable to ship the orders that are destined to any area that are not serviceable by the carriers (due to reasons of safety, warfare, etc.) such orders will not be processed.

5) International shipping

Any applicable fees, duties, and taxes based upon the laws and regulations of the country in which the order is shipping are solely the customer’s responsibility. Shipments originating within the European Union (EU), where noted in the product description, to addresses located within the EU are subject to VAT.

The amounts are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:

• The merchandise’s country of origin or manufacture
• The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to.
• VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping

Note: If the customer refuses delivery of any shipment, they are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes will be billed to the method of payment used during checkout.
